Founded in 1951, A&C has been providing independent risk management consulting services for more than 55 years. In that time, we have established ourselves as one of the premier independent consulting firms in the United States. From the earliest years to the present, the cornerstone of our success has been our people. From the receptionist that greets you or answers your call to the consultant who solves your problems, each member of A&C's staff is critical to the services we provide our clients. We pride ourselves in finding and keeping the very best people to serve our clients and will continue to do so.
What's it like at A&C?
Expectations are high and the work is demanding, but for those truly dedicated to the practice of risk management consulting or the support roles associated with such services, we may provide the opportunities you desire including comprehensive on-the-job training.
Our team approach to serving clients starts in our office where staff members work cooperatively together to meet our clients' needs in a friendly atmosphere conducive to getting the job done. The ability to work well with others in a collaborative effort is essential and our staff has been assembled with this in mind. Self-motivated individuals with a high degree of initiative fit well in our firm and having a sense of humor doesn't hurt!
Professional Staff members are required to meet billable time goals commensurate with their experience and their position.
