Information Collection
A&C is the sole owner of the information collected on this web site,  A&C collects information from our visitors on the "Contact Us" page and on the “Subscribe to Our Newsletter” link.  In addition, there are various links throughout our web site that bring visitors to our "Contact Us" and newsletter subscription pages.

We request information from the visitor on our "Contact Us" page as well as our newsletter subscription page in order to respond to inquiries made by or to provide materials requested by visitors of our web site.  Visitors requesting information or a subscription to our newsletter must provide the requested information (i.e., name, e-mail, address).

In addition, we track subscriber usage information from our bi-monthly newsletter that is distributed electronically.

Information Use
Collected information is used for responding to the inquiries, providing requested materials, as well as maintaining a newsletter subscription database. The collected information is also added to our electronic and regular mailing lists to enable us to send periodic letters, newsletters or other materials to you (prospective clients or other interested parties) relating to the professional services we offer.  If we have trouble processing a request for materials, the information is used to contact the visitor.

Information gathered via the distribution of our newsletter is used to determine how many recipients (and which ones) open the newsletter email, which articles garner the most interest, who navigates to our web site via the e-mail and how often the newsletter is forwarded to others and by whom.
